Have dealt with Jin Burke Ford for over 25 years and as always been treated fantastic and the service on my vehicles has always been spot on. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else
It was not good. Tom in service was condescending. The vehicle was in there for 11 days and if I hadn’t called, and kept calling it still might be in there, very disappointed. The experience was not good. I felt like I was begging to get answers. Very disappointed in the the process from the beginning to the end.
Elias was great, very communicative and very clean service department.
