Coming from CO, where there is no need for AC my wife and I planned a trip to CA of course driving our beautiful F-360 as we enter Utah on the I-70 it begin to get hot, so we turned the AC on and to our surprise there was no cold air coming out. We had for a week at a Ford/Lincoln dealer for tires and the full 60 K maintenance as recommended by Ford. Excellent communication and service
The customer waiting area for oil changes is pretty pitiful compared to other dealerships I have been to. They did have cold water tho. Hearing the service advisors talk to each other is distracting. Especially when talking about customers. On a positive note, they did put plastic on the seats before starting work.
Everything went well. Got there early for our appointment and they took us right in.
Jim Burke Ford did an outstanding job not only repairing my vehicle this week, but their customer service definately deserves 5 Stars! Thank you all.
