Bought a car through them and wish I hadn't its been just over 60 days since I bought the car and have had 2 temporary plates expire on me, the first one was replaced quickly. This second one, not so much. I was ignored on the phone for half an hour trying to get ahold of the person who id brought the car through, then was told that the ** doesn't come in until 6pm three days a week. If I could give zero stars, I would.I arrived right when they opened at 8 AM, expecting timely service. Instead, I sat and waited five full hours with no progress whatsoever. During that time, I had to repeatedly go up to the desk and make several calls just to get an update. Finally, after all that wasted time, I was told there was a leak in the air conduitsomething that could have been communicated much earlier instead of stringing me along for hours.What makes this worse is that this was my second visit in only nine days.... read more
Drove two hours after making deal on phone when got there they said could not sell the truck because a recall.What a bunch of c***
I brought in my **** Explorer for a simple repair covered under the 36K/3 year bumper to bumper warranty. 6 months later, the same problem has returned but the car is now outside the warranty period. I was told I would have to pay for any further repairs including the several hundred dollar diagnostic fee. I was also told the 12K/1 year warranty typically present for repair work does not apply, which makes no sense to me. I do not recommend the service department at Landmark Ford. Best Ford certainly lived up to their name. After months of trying to find the exact truck I wanted at a local dealership, I was told to do a specific search on the **** website looking for the exact options I wanted, and I found the truck at Best Ford, so I immediately got in touch. MJ in finance and ***** in sales were absolutely phenomenal on the phone and in person and could not have made this any smoother. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from my home in *******. The most definitely do it BEST!!!!!
Horrible customer experience with Oz sales *** at ********************** who is not capable of gettimg his facts straight about broncos. He cannot read and is texting me incorrect information. I bought a 2023 F-150 three weeks ago. It was sold to me as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle the ****** confirms it but the dealer never activated the warranty or gave me any contract.
