Called on the phone because I recently inherited a low mileage 2008 Jeep Liberty from my father who passed. I had put a new battery in it because it was getting where it did not always start. When I put the new battery in it the odometer did say 100,000 mi now says error the ABS lights came on and the traction control lights. Great experience. Service was fast and complete. The check-in process was no hassle and friendly. Update:I’m taking off one star for the AI assistant, “Gavin.” It didn’t fully understand my issue and was a bit too focused on scripted responses. It also interrupted during the transfer. However, I had no problem reaching a live representative when I asked, and they were very helpful.

They are under new management and it shows. I had a terrible experience here from having improper service, telling me brakes came pre-lubricated, to cutting "deals" for services. I was with them for four hours one day and I still did not get proper treatment. Instead of hosting customer appreciation day how about try doing your jobs. I have brand new brakes that were installed improperly and now all they do is squeak. Terrible new management. Lazy mechanics.
