Absolute nightmare. Since Hallmark took over, the service has been nothing but dishonest and disappointing. My very first visit, they charged me for a tire rotation that was never done. I caught it and had to go back just to get the service I had already paid for. Next, I brought my car in for a misfire on cylinder 4. They quoted me $195 for a diagnostic, which I agreed to.
