Great experience. Service was fast and complete. The check-in process was no hassle and friendly. Update:I’m taking off one star for the AI assistant, “Gavin.” It didn’t fully understand my issue and was a bit too focused on scripted responses. It also interrupted during the transfer. However, I had no problem reaching a live representative when I asked, and they were very helpful.

They are under new management and it shows. I had a terrible experience here from having improper service, telling me brakes came pre-lubricated, to cutting "deals" for services. I was with them for four hours one day and I still did not get proper treatment. Instead of hosting customer appreciation day how about try doing your jobs. I have brand new brakes that were installed improperly and now all they do is squeak. Terrible new management. Lazy mechanics. Absolute nightmare. Since Hallmark took over, the service has been nothing but dishonest and disappointing. My very first visit, they charged me for a tire rotation that was never done. I caught it and had to go back just to get the service I had already paid for. Next, I brought my car in for a misfire on cylinder 4. They quoted me $195 for a diagnostic, which I agreed to.
