The service was wonderful my truck runs like new again.
Please avoid Jim Burke with everything in your power. A neighbor's child ran their scooter into my Dodge Challenger, causing a slight ding along with a few scratches; I talked to a worker named Barney McWilliams at the Body Shop about the price of their estimate and was disrespected to no end. When I questioned the price, he stated that "You don't go into a gas station and question their price? Do ya?" I ended the call and I am here to issue a warning to anybody thinking of using Jim Burke Body Shop to beware. I call managem... read more
AVOID THIS SHOP. I took my wife's car to Jim Burke back in March. We got an estimate that was about 30% less than the competition because they said some work would not need to be done to get the car back in shape. Because the insurance company priced the work on needing everything, if we could cut corners, we could cut down on our deductible. Jim Burke did the additional work anyway, without running it by us. When we got the final bill, which was 50% higher than we were originally quoted, we complained because we had no know... read more

Worst service EVER – Absolutely the worst customer service ever! On my initial estimate I was told it would take 3 days to repair my vehicle. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and was promised it would be ready Friday at lunch time. I called Thursday evening to just check in and make sure everything was ready for Friday at noon, and at that time I was asked to call back Friday at 11 to check up.
