I went in for an oil change and they lost two of my stem caps. Then they tried to give me other people’s caps they left off their cars that don’t even match mines.
I brought my Jeep in for what I thought was going to be a really expensive issue, but they found the issue was different and not very expensive. At a dealership, I call that outstanding service. My service advisor is Rodney, who was very friendly and a straight shooter. Highly recommend.
