Excellent customer service
I had the worst experience ever at JimBurk. They gave me the car. They took my down payment and they took my bank info. They call me back. They wanted the car back. I gave the car back My down payment , but they still messed up my bank account. They took money out of my bank account along with all The overdraft fees and the money that they took was more than a $1000.And now no one would talk to me.I've been leaving messages for 3 days just all around bad experience
