I bought a New 2016 Jeep Wrangler with a Forever/ Life time warranty , I live in Tampa and have had my oil changes and service done in Tampa now the Jeep has a oil leak ,and ticking sound coming from the engine and the traction light is on took it in for service for the traction light before, they did something I think they just turned it off because when I drove about 1 **** it appeared had to turn around and go back to dealership, they told me the warranty is still in effect but since I dont have all the oil change receipt... read more
Beware they sold me a car that clearly should've been salvaged, they lied about the history and now won't make it right ! My vehicle has been traded over 19 times and it's a 2020 GMC Terrain they lied and said it was CPO and 1 owner trade-in from Florida... They lied and now my vehicle has been deemed as unsafe to drive due to the salt corrosion underneath and on brakes and rotors disc pads etc , they new what they were doing , they will rip you off and not are I have only had my car since 2022 October 22nd starting complain... read more

Wish we could give 0 stars! The LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY is VOIDED if you go over on an oil change by a single mile. They also say that ALL maintenance work must be done at Jim B.. The service department misdiagnosed our vehicle THREE different times. FIRST - Bad coil. WRONG! The engine light was still on when driving off the lot. SECOND -Just need a tune-up ($700); had it done by another mechanic for $400. WRONG! THIRD- fuel injectors. WRONG AGAIN FOURTH -the diagnosis was a $5,500 repair that was NOT covered by the war... read more
Beware of this particular location especially if you have something that needs a little bit of extra care. If you have a quick fix, they aren't half bad. However, if you have a consistent issue that needs looking into, they only start off on a positive note. Not only is my car not fixed after being in their shop nearly 10 times but they refused to send a flatbed to come get it despite it clearly being unsafe to drive. This is consistently the same issue and they have gaslighted me, given up, and left my in tears....again.... read more
