Everyone is professional, courteous & friendly. Questions are answered in a way that can be understood by those who aren't in the medical field. They are very helpful in scheduling appointments that fit my schedule given I travel approximately 2 1/2 hours to get there.
Dr. McPhail is caring and always has a smile on his face when he enters the room. He listens and is attentive to you needs.
Communication from triage with Alexis, to Laura to Dr McPhail was fantastic!! They had compassion and patience and information on questions I had. I could tell that all three of them had read my chart and knew my history before I got there. Very pleased
