Bought a home in 2026. Jim was my agent for acquisition of a rental home in Bella Vista. He located the property and identified appropriate comps, so we could estimate both the value and likely rental revenue. Jim also educated me about local rental rules, which was extremely important to me as I live outside of Pennsylvania. Strongly recommend.
