I have used Archer for a few transactions and was pleased enough to consider him my realtor. Our final transaction, he sold my house with a short possession date for a buyer's market. He then left me hanging with a little over a month to find a new house. He went to Arizona without telling me he had left and stopped helping me. He finally asked another realtor to show me a house I was asking to see and this realtor made it VERY clear he was doing it as a favour and I would NOT be a priority...I left his office crying. Sold for list price!!!!!!!!!!!
Jim was excellent! He talked to me all the time about what was going on, I was never in the dark with anything. My results were amazing, house was sold in less than a week! I always felt he put me first, I would highly recommend him and his team.
Jim is the best. He’s fast, on the ball and gets things done. He was incredibly patient with us, working nearly a year before we ended up purchasing a home. If we sell and buy again, we are only going with Jim.
