Service was incredibly slow. When I showed up I was told it would be a 25 minute wait for a table which wouldn't be a problem, except there were about 10 tables open that weren't being used. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing several people leave without having anyone being seated, a couple came up to put their name on wait list only to be told that now the wait was 45 minutes! This is not the first time this has happened either. I don't understand why this place cannot effectively operate at capacity.

Just went through drive-thru. They gave us half our order at the window and asked us to pull forward. We waited 20 minutes and then had to get out to go ask about the rest of the order. Five minutes later a blonde headed girl with a headset on and the personality of a door knob finally brought us the rest of our order. The girl made no apologies and acted like nothing was wrong with us waiting 25 minutes. Poor management is at the root if all poor service.

Horrible! I ended up so sick and nauseated that evening after dinner. TOO much liquid smoke on EVERYTHING.
