From the moment I walked in the door , I was greeted with kindness & great care. Dr. Melicher & her team are above & beyond exceptional. They took time to explain the process, checked in to be sure I was feeling OK & if I understood the next steps & all aspects of my procedure. I felt so calm, comfortable & confident through the entire process from walking in & out the door. I will recommend everyone I know to visit this clinic , Dr Jill & team. They were simply amazing! I had a cyst removed from my lower eye lid. Dr Melicherlarson was pleasant and good at the procedure she preformed.
She was professional and had an assuring nature that my procedure would go well. With her very busy schedule, she still took a few moments to chat and answer all my questions.
It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly, kind and caringing.
DR Melicher Larson is very professional and seems to be very caring.
The doctor and assistants were very kind and helpful, explaining each process in my surgery.
She is an excellent communicator, patient, knowledgeable and caring. My only concern is that I was in the office for two hours, a great deal of which was in the “wait” mode.
