Saturday I went to Jill Joseph salon, having been recommended by a friend who formerly was an excellent stylist there. My appointment was with Kasey. I wanted my hair colored because my color from before COVID had grown out. I am a brunette and was looking forward to the blond highlights I requested and having my grey blended/covered. Had a great experience with Lindsay at the beginning. Unfortunately, I wasn’t important as a client. Customer service was disappointing. I will not be back or recommend this place.
