Summit Health is an amazing place to go weather u only need a check-up or a servere problem. I use to really really dislike going to the DR to say the very least. Now Amazing from A - Z. A total breath of fresh Air.
Dr. Ostrager is very unfriendly and lacks bedside manner . Her tone and dismissiveness make it very difficult to feel heard and respected. I recently made an appointment to see her and got a message from her nurse that “they needed to find me a provider because she is not accepting new patients.” Very strange since I was able to make the appointment. Dr. Jill Ostrager is one of the most unprofessional primary care physicians I have ever encountered. Her bedside manner is severely lacking; she was dismissive and frequently ridiculed me during our interactions. Her tone was consistently unprofessional and angry, making it difficult to feel heard or respected. Both my sister and I had terrible experiences with her.
