I had an amazing experience at JIG Auto! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful. Claudia at the front desk was so kind and accommodating and even though they usually require an appointment for drop-offs, they made an exception for me since I had an emergency with my tire and rim. I originally came in just to swap out a cracked rim, but Jose, my mechanic, went above and beyond. He noticed that my tire also needed to be replaced which is something I hadn’t realized.
