World Class Service After multiple toilet backups, and expensive quotes from big shot plumbers to fix my sewer line Jiffy gave me a reasonable quote and finished the job beautifully even though once they dug up my sewerline they found more problems than expected. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I suspect people tend to write bad experiences and forget to give credit where it is due. Wonderful company and wonderful workers. Did you know their dogs are allowed to go to work as well?

Good luck scheduling someone to ACTUALLY come onsite... Awful...waste of time trying to schedule with Jiffy Plumbing, Heating & AC. Called Jiffy to schedule an appointment for servicing on a AC Spot cooler unit that typically is used in residential homes, but was for a business. Was told someone would arrive between 9am-11am the next day. The next day, 12:30pm no one has called or arrived - I contact Jiffy, spoke to dispatch and they said no the window is 9am-5pm, not the previous window someone else had told me.
