They’re great talkings but can’t do the job at empty promises, I got set up appt.for the follow day and major mechanic would start on changing a oil pan on 2002 Lincoln Navigator, 1st thing in the morning but He start at 8am, sadly thing I got there after shop opens 7:00am. I was 1st customer..The vehicle sit there for 4 hours without a call nor apologize for the delay. "Wow! What a great experience getting my brakes done. They swapped out my old rotors and pads, and now my car stops on a dime. The staff was super friendly, the work was top-notch, and the whole process was so smooth. If you need brake work, this is the place to go!
My tech was John, hi JJ. He didn't hesitate to assist me with my check engine light diagnosed the problem; told me what parts to get, and the grade level they should be. During service he discovered a new problem advise me what to do, even spoke with the previous mechanic Gardena Nissan to describe the problem.
