I wanted to rotate my tires. I was willing to pay extra to remove my side rails so they could lift my car. The technician with the long hair rolled up in a bun. He seemed to have a negative attitude about it. So I stopped it from being done. I was really disappointed in his attitude.
I went to this Jiffy Lube specifically because it was recommended to me by a friend. The gentleman at the register was very informative and provided me with estimates upfront. I went in for my transmission oil and the differential. Although the maintenance took longer than what it was expected, I appreciated the fact that they were in constant communication with me explaining the delay and showing me pictures of what came out after they removed the filter. Overall, they did an amazing job!
