I was there for just under an hour and a half just for an oil change. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just slow workers. I have been to this location before and was done in less than 30 minutes
Very helpful and they explained What kind of mittens My car needs? Everybody was kind and friendly, very respectful .
They say they clean your exterior windows and vacuum your floors. They don’t. So you’re paying extra for a service you don’t receive. And then they parked my car in the sun with the door open and placed my keys on the counter, and left my truck cooking in the sun for 15 minutes instead of ringing me up and getting me outta there.
