Our mercedes was serviced recently and guess they overfilled the oil. We were in a pinch and this location took care of us to drain/bring us to recommended level. Recommend this location, they were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done. Thank you!
During my recent visit to Jiffy Lube, I let them know that I was going on a road trip. The team made sure that everything was good in the engine checked my tires to make sure they were good and everything else needed to make my family and I safe on the road trip. I appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure the vehicles safety.
Luis was so helpful. He was professional and very kind. I had a couple questions about my AC and how it works, why it gets low, etc. He maintained patience and answered all of my questions in depth. He is very knowledgeable! It is intimidating to get any car work done because of how little I know, but there was not an ounce of that in this interaction! You are in safe hands with Luis, I will absolutely be returning for my regular car services.
