This morning I came to Jiffy Lube for the replacement of three lights which were out. The entire team of staff were phenomenal. They alerted me to a concern on my car, which I had no previous knowledge and instructed me on the appropriate mechanisms for the replacement of the materials, which were damaged. I have had my vehicle for over 10 years and never have I had any dealership for the maker of my car, inform me of these concerns. Poor customer service and experience. I’ve been to several locations and this was the worst experience I have had.
Besides having to remind them for a mileage sticker, Jiffy Lube always takes care of me. The best.
