Went in for an oil change at the last minute and was in and out within less than 30minutes. Beverly G. assisted me throughout the whole process and let me know if other issues needed my attention. She was a friendly person to work with. Their waiting area has a functional air conditioner, television and complimentary coffee.
They are always polite and helpful there. I appreciate them squeezing me in before close today. I live close to the shop, but i was out farther west this evening and raced back to get the oil change done. I always appreciate the service and waiting area here. I intentionally like coming to this shop despite having other options because i love the service and work here
I came here on my lunch break for a standard oil change, expecting the usual quick turnaround (15-30 mins). When I arrived, the bays were completely empty and no other cars were being worked on. I waited to be approach by an employee and was left waiting as multiple people made eye contact and continue to talk amongst each other.
