Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Save your time, money and mental energy and don’t go here at all. Took my car in for an oil change. They broke the threads on my oil pan and now the car is leaking oil. On top of that they had the audacity to quote me 1000$ to fix what THEY broke. Had grabbed a quote online that stated an oil change would be $34.99 (for conventional) only to show-up and then be told its actually $84.99 and that was just an old promotion they hadn't run for months. Adding to that, the oil change took about 45 minutes with no customers in line ahead of me and only finished after going out to the bay to ask when I could expect it to be finished. Pretty unfortunate experience and will likely stick to Valvoline going forward.
I came for an oil change while it was super busy and Junior along with the other guys were able to help me super fast would for sure recommend coming for what you need!
Junior is amazing! I came in having no idea what I needed and he was so friendly and such a big help explaining everything to me. He was super quick and efficient. I felt in very good hands will be coming back again! Thank you Junior!!!
