I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Santa Monica and veteran and received amazing service. Bryan was a sweetheart. He was warm and provided excellent customer service. I was so stressed out about my flat tire but he diagnosed the problem in like 5 seconds. He found a nail and patched the tire for me. I left so relieved. Please keep him around. I usually go to Valvoline but this will be my spot from now on.
I really did not have a pleasant experience at the JiffyLube I went to. I went in just asking for an oil change. I was told that I needed to get my transmission fluid changed and I needed to get my brake fluid changed. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DANGEROUS TO NOT CHANGE MY BRAKE FLUID AND IT COULDN'T WAIT A WEEK. HE SAID IT WAS "UNSAFE" AND MY BRAKES/CAR WOULD FAIL. THIS WAS A LIE. THIS WAS PRESSURING ME TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT WERE UNNECESSARY.
