My daughter went in for an oil change. It was the first time she did this on her own. She asked for just an oil change. By the time she left, she was talked into a transmission fluid change too. If a young girl asks for just an oil change, the office should honor that. She left with service that wasn’t needed and a bill she couldn’t afford. I’m very disappointed that her naïveté was exploited.
