Excellent service friendly environment
Fraudulent. Asked for Freon and was charged a for a two hour diagnostic.
I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube on Clinton Highway! The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I honestly had no idea what my car needed, but they walked me through my options without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Fast and easy service, 10/10!
Everyone was very nice and helpful over all it was a great experience! Very quickly done! Only thing I didn’t like was that the air filter for my car the prices was way marked up $30 more than if I would have got it elsewhere.
