Went for an oil change and asked for a rotation on the tires. Guys were super honest with my tread wear letting me know I should just let them be and replace them saving me 50 Real nice guys, funny, and it was all done quick
Great place! Quick and thorough. They make recommendations but are also honest enough to tell you if it is necessary or you could wait on getting it done. That means a lot to me. As a woman with little knowledge about cars, I reply on the recommendations and feel confident in their ability here!
We had an issue about two years ago with the Broadway store. They had screwed up my oil plug and I took it to the other Jiffy store on Clinton Highway and supposedly they fixed it or they told me they would put a new oil pan on it and when I went to get my oil changed Monday, I had a horrible leak so they are going to put a new oil pan on and I will give another post when it is corrected but besides that They are very helpful and friendly, but they should’ve took care of the problem originally
