I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. 1. They tried to sell me brake pads, and described them (with their fingers) to be too thin. This would have been fine, except that they are NEW brake pads. 2. The manager sends a text asking how the service was. I responded by informing him of what had transpired. 3. Great customer service as always
My boyfriend found a coupon I was able to apply with no issues. I was checked in quickly and the employee was very polite and professional. The service was excellent and I wasn’t asked about anything extra to replace but I assume it’s because it was my first oil change in a brand new car there’s no need for a new air filter yet. I didn’t know that they vacuumed the flooring as part of the service so that was an awesome bonus to me. It really needed that too already.
