The oil change was a fast and easy process. Soon after I started hearing noises from the under the car looked under to expect nothing soon after on the way home felt something rubbing and even more nose. Walked out the next day. The skid plat was o. The ground went back Charles was more than happy to what was wrong. Jeff said that I was missing clips which was a lie cause I was the last one changed my own oil when I worked there I know for a fact everything was in place and where it is supposed to be.
This was fast and easy. They were nice about everything. They did a great job. Thank you so much!
