I had oil slipped on my windshield, all over the engine and my wiper blades which now has left a film on the glass I watched this happen from the waiting room and also watched the mechanic poorly whip it up with an oily rag and looked over and saw me watching the whole thing. Also the 1” washers from my skid plate were never put back on after being taken off to reach the oil filter. The Jiffy lube on Kingston pike was very good at their job. They changed my oil did an inspection and advised me of things I may need. My only complaint is that there were grease hand prints all over my car. On the door handles (both sides), my hood and on my glove box.
If I could give less than one star I would gladly do so. These people came up with some information that a 2014 equinox required a very special oil and charged $114 for an oil change. I will be canceling the charge on my card today.
Recently had an oil change. The tech was very informative and thorough. He even cleaned the leaves out of my air conditioner motor. Did not try to pressure sell which was wonderful! Thank you.
