I usally go to the other guys but the line was horrendous so went here today and pleasantly surprised by level of service. They had me in and with basic oil change, checking all fluids, tires and lights in under 20 minutes. Thank you Jiffy Lube, see you on my next visit

I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube today. I went in for an oil change, but Kris took the time to check my car carefully and honestly told me that everything was still in great condition and didn’t need to be changed. He even helped reset the indicator for me — without charging anything. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. It’s not easy to find someone who puts integrity before making a sale. Thank you, Kris — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the first time I've been here! Wow what a mistake. Overcharge! Probably because I'm a woman and they thought they could take advantage of me. I went in for a oil change and came out with a $207 Bill 💸 I asked for snethenic oil which is more money, I get that it was supposed to be $145.00 not $207 When I got home they had charged me for a air filter which I never asked for or needed, and they never asked me either.. they charged me for windshield fluid.
