I am truly grateful to Kris, as he has explained some issues with my Kia Soul to me with such patience! I was there to put some air into the tires and to get a Halogen Bulb for the headlight. I asked him about some engine issues, and he explained them to me in great detail. Support like this goes the extra mile for us, as we sometimes lack sufficient technical knowledge about automobiles. Today I didn’t received satisfactory service for oil change the guy is very rude with winter cap on their head and long brown hair he didn’t tight the screws after checking the air pressure I lost all the screws while driving to my home. I went there form last 1 years but today I received very bad service as compared to all my visits. Time - 3.15pm , 20 October 2025

Have always had excellent service and polite staff, but on 2 services more recently they have filled my vehicles above the oil capacity. Most recently on my suv easily a quart over. A little I can understand but not that much.
