I told the technicians that I wanted an oil change and oil filter change only. I specifically told him I did not want any other services. They tried to sell me the other services of course. When I left I had to spend about 15 minutes rearranging my glove compartment because they had taken everything out to check the cabin filter which I had specifically told them not to check. I was not going to comment but now they are pestering me with emails. I remember why I quit using jiffy lube 20 years ago!
Quick and efficient
Was not impressed, the staff in the building was polite, the wait was long, Price of the Oil change was fair, but than 9.99 for shop supplies was added, and they said needed 2 quarts of antifreeze was needed, which I know it was not low, so charge 9.99, I guess I am not use being charged like this, as I have used multiple different places for oil changes in the past, and if was up to 5 quarts of oil, and fluid top off, but needed a new place since just moving here. Great service and polite staff. The manager should be responsible to train entire workforce in America on the proper customer service. She is a terrific manager and person.
