Not happy to check my slipping transmission, a month after getting oil changed, to find they didn't bother putting my tranny dipstick back in all the way.
I pulled in on my lunch break and asked about how long it would take. 5-10 minute wait for the car ahead of me and 15 minutes to change it. 20 minutes later- I get up to check n see where it's at... My car is moved to another bay, there is a car in my spot getting service. Ask the kid why my car got bumped- they must have messed up the order. Oh HELL NO!
Friendly atmosphere, not pushy on services. Feel good about going here.
