Had my oil changed here, got home and what do you know, oil filter wasn’t even hand tightened! Never going here again. They can’t even do a simple oil change.
This Jiffy Lube has always been super helpful. Today, they found the mouse nest that has been stinking up our truck! My heroes!
Basic oil change, synthetic 5w30 cost me $99.00 plus upcharge.. totaling $121.00. Meinecke cost $60.00 for same service.. I will never ever go back.. Excuse, minimal wage went up. Hence the reason for the price jump in oil.
Didn't get my oil changed or anything fancy, but they were glad to jump start my car when the battery died. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!
First off way too expensive even with a coupon. Definitely go up the road and use Newberg xpress. Will not be going back.
This Jiffy lube sucks! Tired to get my oil topped off today, because they taut that as part of their service! I was expected to wait 30 minutes to add oil to my car? It takes me 2 minutes to open the hood, open a bottle of oil and pour it in! The manager of the Newberg Oregon jiffy lube lacks any sense of customer service, I guess that's why he will only every work at an $18/hr job. try to complain, their "feedback forum" is a complete joke.
