Do not go to Jiffy Lube in North Port. Oil was changed in November and now that is it time to change the oil the bolt was removed, oil pan was stripped when filled. Corporate office (Andrew) was of no help. He told me that had their been a issue before they could have maybe done someone or if I had taken to a reputable oil change company. But since my husband was changing the oil it is our fault. So, at this point I have a vehicle in my yard that I can’t move because it has no oil and going to cost $500 + to repair. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and was never checked in or spoken to. Employees to busy playing on their phones to talk to anyone. The two vehicles that were being serviced were still there when I left. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to change the oil on any vehicle!!!! Won’t be back
even though I waited over an hour I didn't mind because they told me right as I pulled in that it was going to be that long the room where you sit is comfortable and there is a TV to keep you occupied. the staff is always friendly and always very helpful

I had my first visit for an oil change at Jiffy Lube's Toledo Blade location just now. The service was unbelievable. In and out in about 10 minutes. Totally impressed!! Got home and my wife said "I thought you were getting your oil changed?" Excellent job guys. I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD
