Today I went to the Jiffy Lube in Fairless Hills and the service was great! They greeted me right outside my car, walked me inside, and when it came to my car they explained what everything was and showed me how my car's brand recommends treatment to certain areas once a certain amount of miles hit. In addition, they also explained the prices and went over everything at check out. I would highly recommend!
THIS IS THE MOST PEICE OF SHHT SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT ANY JIFFY LUBE AND ALSO MY OIL PAN PLUG CAME OUT WHILE DRIVING AND LEFT ME 3 DAYS WITHOUT A VEHICLE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE RELIABLE TO THE DAMAGES FROM THE PLUG COMING OUT SO I HAD MY CHEVY DEALERSHIP DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM THEY REPLACED THE PLUG AND FILTER AND OIL AND RAN THE SCANNER NOW JIFFY LUBE NOT TRYING TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS ...... U GUYS MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE . LOSING A LOYAL 9 YEAR CUSTOMER OVER 140$ . REPAIRS FOR YOUR MISTAKE.
Today I visited jiffy lube at fairness hills the service from start to finish was excellent I had the pleasure of dealing with a young Whitney who was knowledgeable, polite and caring. If every business treated their customers the way I was treated by this young lady their business would be the only place for car service thank you Whitney...
