RecommendedI came in after going through the worst experience at the Jiffy Lube on Cottman Ave. Philadelphia, PA. However, the Fairless Hills franchise is the one closest to my home. I was visiting family so decided to stop in at the JL on Cottman Ave. Bad experience. The guy asked me what oil I used. I drive a Prius and I also know Synthetic. Full Synthetic or Blend. Stop ripping people off My wife just got an oil change with 5 qts of synthetic oil and and a filter no up sell at all she was charged $100.00.
I went in this am. From start to finish it was about 20 minutes. The price was great too. They suggested a new air filter. Mine was horrible and the price for that was great! The friendliness of each staff member was top notch. They even filled my tire that was low. I will be back for sure. No more sitting at the dealership all day long!
I am witnessing an amazing display of teamwork, empowerment and leadership at Jiffy Lube. I came here because most car places are closed on Sundays. The employees work so efficiently and effectively I am completely floored. This showmanship is not often found in today’s employment fields. The teamwork is so uniformed and flawless that there is no sense of hierarchy. It is 1 team united with a common goal in sight. They use verbal communication so effectively, I applaud the training force at the Jiffy Lube in Fairless Hills
Oil change was good and quick and the employees are always super polite BUT the only thing is they said they vacuumed the car out but they didn’t at all. Why say it was completed when clearly there was no vacuuming done. I come here a lot by the way.
Great service, i would recommend it to any and everyone. Extremely helpful and all around good people. Hands down the best all-around service received in a long time.
