I went in on Friday afternoon and was immediately pulled into the shop, no other customers were there. The service techs walked me and my mom into the office. The tech came in and started talking prices...he didn't ask what I was there for. Hum. I told him I wanted an oil change. I own a jeep wrangler and know it costs more but he said $90 for semi synthetic, &54 for regular oil. I told him he was crazy and I would take my Jeep else where. My husband went today to get a basic oil change on our 2015 Dodge Caravan. He is also an Uber driver and is supposed to get a discount. Well not only would not accept the discount, they told my husband with a $15 discount it would be $70!! Are you kidding me? He said we have to use special synthetic oil. um no you don't. Then my husband said he wants only a basic with regular oil and the guy said it would be $85!! Needless to say my husband left and you have lost another customer. How is jiffy lube going to charge more than the Cadillac dealership to do an oil change? And to top it off horrible customer service!!! I will never come here or recommend their services.
Fast, courteous, friendly and very personable. Lots of smiling faces in the waiting room(Very uncommon these days).
Lacking in common courtesy. Finished with putting the wrong Lube sticker on. I don't really think these guys wanted to be there.
Outstanding service at this location! I have been going there for several years now with no regrets. They are very professional, courteous, and efficient.
