My daughter went in for oil change and was totally scammed into a service she didn’t need to have done! $$215 later!!! Beware of this shop!! Trues to sell as many services as possible to charge these young college students money they really don’t have! Extremely disappointed!!!

I recently went to Jiffy Lube on Deer Park Ave and was greeted by Joe as if I was his dear friend. I explained that a piece under my car engine had fallen off and he said he could not only replace it but kindly laughed when I placed the plastic screws in his hand. He mentioned he had everything he needed to put it back in place. I waited approx. 20 minutes and he told me the service would be gratis because I was a repeat customer. Its too damn much. . . Evrything you would get for free at a mom and pop store now cost close to 100 dollars.. prices are rediculous
I took my company card for service, they took my credit card and left it on counter without advising me and another customer took it!! Extremely poor procedures they should have called me up to get card or verified the person owns the card!! Careful if you visit them because you may need to spend time cancelling your credit card and waiting days for a new one!!
