Very friendly employees. Employees explain what they serviced in terms that a non mechanic can understand. They show you the oil level and give recommendations of other services, but they are not pushy about it. The service is quick and I am not there any longer than 20 minutes once they get to my vehicle. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

We had work done at a location in Napa and we had a brake light come on as we were driving cross country. We stopped at this location in Bakersfield.
