This place has gone down hill. They keep raising prices and lowering service. I shouldn't need to re-clean my truck when I get home after paying $25 for a interior/exterior wash. The kids that work there suck. No one cares. Gonna start looking elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.
This place is terrible with a car wash!! went in after I swore I would never go back to only to have it again look like no one touched it. Cup holders still have wrappers in them...purposely put stuff on seat to see if it would be vacuumed and it was still there. Back of seats still had dirt all over them from where my kids kick. Manager gave me full service ticket to come back but I refuse.
Had my engine seize with only 34,000 miles... my oil turned to pudding after driving 6,400 miles. Everyone believes the oil shouldn't have done this. I have pictures and a video. Has this happened to anyone you know?
Windshield washer fluid not topped off which was checked off as full, not vacuum as it says it was sloppy service for what you pay for thought I would give the a 2nd chance after a bad experience a few years ago will never return again
I am so furious with this place! I am now driving around with a flat tire.. i went in to get an oil change and left with a flat tire!! I went in 3 times and they continued to tell me i must have ran over something i dont think so! I drove approximately 5 miles when my car told me i had low tire pressure and ever sense then ive had to continue putting air in my tire! They wont do anything to help!
I have had excellent service, some of the most polite people I've ever met at this store. I really like how they do not pressure you into anything. Have always had a pleasant experience.
In and out in 10 minutes! Kayla at the counter is awesome!
