While I wasn't there for service on my car...my car actually broke down in their parking lot. I was able to arrange for a tow through my insurance but until they arrived these gentlemen let me wait in their waiting room while the manager checked my battery & alternator for me & was able to pinpoint the exact problem. Came out with me when the tow truck arrived to be sure all went ok. As (not only a female) but a disabled woman, this was by far an experience I won't soon forget. Thank you guys for helping me out! We had a great experience here yesterday. We were treated nicely and explained what services were recommended and why but they didn't try to sell us anything we couldn't afford that day. Employees were nice and did quality quick work.
Worst customer service ever. The "lady" there started yelling and cursing in front of my 3 year old daughter when I said I had never heard of an oil change that expensive.
