Arrived at 10am, there was one other vehicle in the bay when I arrived (she was out 10 minutes after I arrived) an hour and 15 minutes later they were done with my truck. All I got was an oil change. The manager's response when I asked why it took so long was, "We got busy after you got here". Uhhh...I was 1st in line, why should it matter how busy you were after I arrived? This is the 2nd time I've had an issue at this Jiffy Lube. I won't have 3 issues!
It is so nice ( but rare) to have your car serviced by friendly, honest professionals. Brought my car in for a needed oil change and was happy that they pointed out a few other needed repairs. No hard up sell, just friendly people doing a great job.
Good location .Easy to get in and out. Staff was very professional..Did not attempt to eversell any product but let me know what I needed. Manager was constantly watching each car as it was being serviced to be sure proper procedures were being used...
Orange park store is a rip-off they pulled my oil plug before talking about price! they wanted 90 dollars to change he oil in our honda civic! I pay less at Honda but I didn't have an appointment. never again! that place is a scam
First time at this location,altho I have used franchises in DE and MD. Every one of the employees yesterday were pleasant, professional and extremely helpful with clear explations of product and pricing. I will certainly be back.
