Any service the workers don’t know what the answer you have to talk to manager or supervisor. The supervisor doesn’t make sense when I said we went to Gresham jiffy lube he said why went there I said the tire got flat in few Mike away from there. He made the example when buying fron McDonald’s why go yo Burger King for complaints I said jiffy lube the same company but he said they are different store. Not friendly they don’t even want to help you any more . Looking at you like get out of here.
This location legitimately destroyed my friends motor, by not resealing the plug.
Pulled in for a quick headlight change-found out the cyclops light was out too! They made quick work of the out bulbs and didn't even try to up sell me to an oil change or anything else. They even let us stay in our car and they all have a great sense of humor and chivalry.
These fella's are awesome!!! BEST location - hands down! Always great service, very little wait time, always friendly and courteous. I wont trust my vehicle to anyone else.
Saw the banner for the 22.99 oil change. Greeted, the guys there were great; got the job done quick & easy.
