I must have had a completely different experience than the other ratings below me. I've come to this location for about 5 years. Although I've only come here for oil changes, I've always had a good experience. Wonderful staff, always friendly, great customer service with affordable prices. :)
Jiffy Lube takes advantage of students! They make mistakes and blame you! Do not take your car there!!!
This Jiffy Lube is owned by Heartland Automtive Services with corporate offices in Irving TX. This location participates in predatory pricing, unnecessary up selling, and poor accountability when their technicians make a mistake. Their technician's preventive maintenance resulted in engine failure for two engines from 8/3/16 to 8/10/16. Their technicians are not trained properly due to high turnover at this location. This jiffy lube owned by heartland automotive is horrible. They made a mistake and forgot to replace the oil cap. Now a friend has a car with a messed up engine!! Students don't take your car here.
I am a first time customer to Jiffy Lube in San Marcos since Conley Car Cash closed. Jaime was extremely professional and courteous to me as well as all of the other customers. He took the time to explain everything very clearly and made reasonable suggestions for the work I needed to have done. I was very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.
