Lord have mercy. Never before have I been so upset with a company. Not only did they almost ruin my transmission they refused to reimburse the cost to fix it being almost 600$ stating it was on the back of the invoice ( WHICH I WAS NEVER GIVEN) that I had to take it to them so they could fix it. I had gone numerous times to the building to attempt to get my invoice when I finally threatened to sue I was given a paper copy which I submitted THAT day to my claims rep at Jiffy Lube HAH what a joke. Jiffy Lube blew up my tire during an oil change and wants to say it's prior condition, even though the tire is < 6 months old. Then the manager refuses to discuss this issue over the phone. They want to accept no responsibility or be held accountable for there neglect on working on my vehicle. Better to pay more for an oil change then a "discount" place like this.
Horrible customer service. They are rude, and do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
Best service I've ever had. These guys are polite, consistent, informative, honest, fast. I've had nothing but amazing experiences at this location! I'll never go anywhere else!
