Took hour and a half for simple oil change and inspection
The service I received here was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional techs. Fast and reasonably priced. I will definitely be a repeat customer❤
Went in today, got friendly service and done in ten minutes. Hands down best service I've had in a while!
So I get charged $85.00 for a full synthetic oil change....what a waste. Then I'm told I have to return to get another oil change after 3500 miles....really. I will go back to the dealership, pay less, get more and more mileage. Guess their oil is cheap. They also said for the $85, they would vacuum the carpet on my car....NOT. I can do that at home....thanks
Went for a state inspection and it took 1-1/2 hours. They pulled the cabin air filter and tried to get me to buy one from them. It has nothing to do with the state vehicle inspection which is why I went in. Replacing the cabin air filter is one of the easy ways they make money. So while I had already waited 1 hour for a 10-minute inspection, they wasted more of my time doing something I didn't ask for and had no benefit to me. I will never return to this establishment.

Service is great except I was told it would be 20 minutes. Almost an hour later I am still here. Missed a work meeting trying to do this on my lunch break. Could have come after work if they would have been accurate on their time estimate.
