***WARNING****MISSING CAP AND ANTIFREEZE ...Had my car serviced and supervisor suggested I have the radiator topped off , they took the cap off and didn’t fill the radiator , drove it for two days before I looked to see What the burning smell was and realized the radiator was empty and the cap was missing , took it back to jiffy lube and everyone scattered I had to look in the office to get a phone number , called the man In charge and he thought it was a prank . I got my mom a Groupon for an oil change to this place so she could try it instead of going to her regular mechanic. She went in today. Big mistake! The woman who took care of her car was a big jerk. She was rude and had zero customer service skills. After when she was paying (may I add she got additional services that were recommended by the tech) she tells one of the other attendants there, "we are loosing money on these.. Why do we take them?"
