Worse experience ever I went for a oil change & they didn’t put the proper amount of oil in my car now my engine no good ! Thank a lot jiffy lube ! Giving me the run around about my car not wanting to fix y’all mistake ! I will be going to the media with this I’ve given y’all plenty of time now I’m taking a bus with covid cause y’all messed my car up. Smh I hope no one else ever has to experience this
just came from there after failing an inspection by having ONE tire 2/22s off in the threads. they hand me a sheet of paper first with over 650 dollars woth of tires thet I look up and are 450 at discount tire.... the nerve of this place! in the middle of a pandemic when we are not working and barely have any money to survive... just to make a dollar they faild my inspection for nothing and they want to sell me the solution for a highly marked up price!!!!! also they where not wearing masks and they got in my car without mas... read more

Great Customer Service! Alex Did An Exceptional Job Helping Me Out With Everything! Along With Jason And Gavin, This Is A Great Team. In And Out In Less Than 15 Minutes! I Will Be Coming Back.
I called ahead to see if they carried Shell Rotella T 15/40 . They said they didn’t so I stopped and bought oil at O’reilly . Then got here and they said they carried it . Need training on products carried . Said they only carried 5/40 and I wouldnt put that thin oil in a lawnmower little alone a work truck .
Waited over an hour for inspection and told me I wouldn’t pass unless I purchased their wipers, which I had just replaced, felt ripped off!
Its more than one and half hours i m waited for my car oil change Its headache
