I had to wait an hour, no big deal. I had to wait in my hot truck, no big deal. I was stopped getting out of my truck to walk out in the parking lot to smoke. I understand you need to wait in your car and not in the lobby with Covid but the PARKING LOT!! Really??

Horrible experience today will not be coming back
Took my car to have a service done, there was no other customers there so I was in and out within 10 minutes. When I got home I looked at the $92.89 bill with a military discount and they checked completed on wash exterior windows- def not done and completed vacuum floors- def not done, so now my concern is what did they do, was my oil in fact changed, fluids check? Not going to return, for that price should have done a much better job. Called them on Tuesday and their response was we don’t do those things with the virus rig... read more
