Absolutely horrible experience. I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for routine maintenance. My vehicle was not having any oil drain plug issues before I arrived. The previous person who serviced my vehicle was able to install the drain plug properly, and I personally watched him seat it against the oil pan with minimal tightening. There were no leaks and no indication that the drain plug or threads were damaged.
