Quick in, quick out, but not necessarily good work. I needed an oil change and Memorial Day Weekend looked like a good time for the service. The associate showed me my cabin air filter and it was full of leaves and debris. Fortunately, I know how easy it is to replace it on my own. Driving home, I hear a screw rolling around in my door pocket. The technician failed to replace the screw for the glove box when they voluntarily pulled my cabin air filter.
