Went in for an oil change, and it was the best service I've ever recieved. Lexi and Nick helped me out, they were fast, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I drive a camaro, and it turns out Lexi did too and gave me some really good advice for general upkeep/maintenance on my car that will help out with some car troubles I've had recently. Possibly the dumbest people on earth work here, they're unable to use pre arranged accounts, have repeatedly had to send me to other locations to get oil. Seems like if there's one thing an oil change place should keep in stock, it's oil. Poor customer service all around, don't go here if you have any scheduled obligations. They lost a customer today after I've given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times.
James saved my day today! He deserves a raise, a bonus, and a huge praise from his supervisor for providing such spectacular customer service.
I am such a stickler on customer service and these guys were amazingly fast, super professional and had the best customer service I've seen in a long time thank you so much for taking care of my new baby! I'll be back soon well in 5000 miles ;)
