I HATE getting my oil changed. But the staff here was the MOST friendly & professional I have ever seen! They went above & beyond, & I will only be getting oil changes with them from here on out!
I was at Jiffy Lube on November 3rd and paid for signature service the next day my brake light came on so I check the chamber which was very low I called to complain and was told the protocol is not to fill and top off unless it is between the minimum and maximum lines well mine was very low almost at the minimum line and I took a photo to prove it after putting the technician on the spot he said have a nice day and promptly hung up on me!
