I love them. LOVE THEM. Kind, polite, quick, and I have never, ever felt pressured to get extra services or items. They're about quality and speed. Just today I went in, my oil light came on, but they looked at everything, checked fluids, nothing wrong. Reset my indicator and sent me on my way, no charge. In and out after about 5 minutes. When I've had services done, I'm not overwhelmed with an oil smell in the waiting room, it's pleasant and there's always coffee and tea ready. George, Tony and Kat went above and beyond for me today! I highly recommend them! I'm so grateful for them in a stressful situation like today! They started working on my car right when the towing company got it there and told us right away what was wrong. Helped us look for the right part and George stayed 2 hours after his shift was over to put the part on for us! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Came in a couple weeks ago & it took almost 2 hours to get oil change. Very slow service! Wasn’t like it was packed busy either. Decided to take other car in today to give another chance. Saw 4 cars in line was told 45 min wait. Took 30 min to get checked in! Computers down had to give info all over again. Other locations I have been in & out in 20 min. This location not so “Jiffy”. Took an hour car is finally done & computers went down so made me sit & wait even longer!
